Barratt Homes has been chosen by the London Borough of Lewisham as development partner to deliver Loampit Vale. A consultation is being undertaken to develop the proposals before a planning application is submitted in June 2008.

The final decision was made at the Council's Mayor and Cabinet meeting on 25 July 2007.

The leisure complex is projected to be delivered in late 2010.
