Loampit Vale will deliver and exciting new mixed-use urban quarter in the heart of Lewisham.

Loampit Vale will provide the community with:

• A new leisure centre which will achieve
   the BREEAM 'excellent' standard,
   incorporating a 25 metre competition
   swimming pool, gym, cafe, creche,
   health spa and indoor climbing wall

• 788 new homes, of which 30% will be
affordable (% of habitable rooms)

• Residential units achieving Code 4
of the Code for Sustainable Homes

• Commercial, business and retail units

• Creative Industries

• New public open spaces and piazzas

• Energy centre and green roofs

• New facilities for the London City Mission

Leisure Centre

Delivering a landmark building that reflects a commitment to the arts, artist Phil Coy is working with the architects to use the façade of the building to form a unique art installation.

The bright exterior of illuminated glass changes and will create an ever-changing, vibrant, landmark building and an exciting new focus for Lewisham.

The new leisure centre will comprise:

• 25 metre competition swimming pool,
with spectator seating

• 20 metre by 8 metre teaching pool

• Indoor climbing wall

• State of the art fitness suite

• Creche

• Health Spa
